With more than twenty years of combined experience in branding and marketing, personal styling, and brand partnership development, I founded Step & Co. Creative to bring a fresh, powerful, and intentional perspective to athlete career development and lifestyle management. My work in sports has always centered on helping sports professionals strengthen their identities, elevate their influence, and expand their opportunities within and beyond the industry.
Before launching Step & Co. Creative, I founded the National Association of Black Sports Professionals, where I focused on advocating for the empowerment and advancement of sports professionals and championing broader social impact. My earlier work with professional NBA athletes—supporting brand/image development and community outreach—gave me firsthand insight into the unique personal and professional challenges athletes face both on and off the court or field.
Alongside my work in sports, I’ve spent more than a decade as a style curator, content creator, and stylist. This journey has shaped my approach to intentional styling and taught me how strategic image development can help women show up with authenticity, confidence, and clarity. Today, that experience allows Step & Co. Creative to offer meaningful, refined style solutions for women athletes as they define or elevate their brand, image and presence.
